Wandering East London

If Copenhagen were the meat (or cheese, if you're a vegetarian!) of our trip, then London served as the sandwich bread for said meat. We spent the first day of our trip in East London and the last day of our trip in Clerkenwell. Because we were familiar with East London after last year's honeymoon, we intentionally stayed in Shoreditch at the Boundary Hotel.

We spent our day eating at The Book Club, drinking espresso at Prufrock, visiting the Hackney City Farm, and exploring Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market. We topped off our afternoon with two cupcakes from Hummingbird Bakery, before venturing to Soho for an exceptional, nuanced dinner at Nopi.

The next day we breakfasted at Albion, the restaurant attached to the Boundary, before training to Cambridge for the day. And where are the Cambridge pictures? Check back tomorrow!
